Ray Driver Training is based in Haywards Heath. I am Peter Ray and have been an ADI since January 2006. I believe that learning to drive should be an enjoyable experiance, this will then make you feel more relaxed and able to learn the skills to be a safe driver for life and not just pass the driving test.

Since January 2006, I have:

become a Grade 5 ADI
passed my advanced driving test
become an observer with my local IAM group
completed 2 skid pan courses at Goodwood skid control
completed emergency first aid course for driving instructors
QEF 3 day course
Teaching People with Disability to Drive

As you can see, I am also happy to learn and take on new skills, as this will benefit my pupils. I have taught people of all ages and backgrounds and have learnt that we are all different. I am flexible in my methods of teaching, to find the right way for you. I have an above average pass rate, which I am happy to discuss with any potential pupil.

I generally advise that your first lesson should be on a trial basis, to ensure you are happy with all aspects of Ray Driver Training and my terms and conditions.

I have always enjoyed all aspects of driving, and when growing up was lucky to be able to practice off road, both in cars & 4x4, gaining valuable experince. I passed my driving test at the 1st attempt over 10 years ago.

Tuition car is a 2011 Ford Fiesta with air con and dual controls, which is replaced every 18 months.

Lessons are from as little as £24 per hour.
